These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ecowave 2025 mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country’s laws) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• Any content you submit remains yours, but you grant EcoWave 2025 a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and operate such content within the Service.
