This privacy policy applies to the Road Ready app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Appbuildchat (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application is designed to collect minimal data, only as necessary to provide core functionality related to vehicle listings and rentals.

We do not collect any of the following:

• IP address
• Device information such as operating system or version
• User behavior such as time spent in the app or pages visited

The Application may request temporary access to your location when you manually choose to center the map during specific tasks, such as:

• Registering a vehicle and setting its pickup location
• Browsing nearby available cars

This location data is used only during that session, not stored, and not shared.

In addition, the Application may collect limited user-provided information necessary for account-related functionality, such as:

• Email address
• Username
• Date of birth (if required for verification)
• Device token for push notifications (fcmToken)
• Internal user ID

All information collected is used solely to operate the core functions of the Application and is not used for tracking or advertising purposes.
